Rocky was friendly and knowledgeable

When I picked up the truck they had forgotten to replace the air filter. They told me it would take 10 minutes and I stayed an additional 20 minutes so they could replace it. They did not address the static coming from the speakers. I brought it in multiple times previously and they completed a hard software update but it did not work. As a result, I am unable to use apple car play.The truck was purchased in November 2024 and had 1500 miles. There is no reason that I should be unable to use apple car play and hands free cellular service. I will be taking it to Dale Jr for services moving forward.On a good note the service advisor has been kind.

Took from 9 am to 4 pm to change an air bag. Had a 9:00 appointment.

Everything went well. Friendly Staff kept me updated as to what was happening: oil change, Tire rotation, and a recall around 1 1/2 hours, not bad.

I wish ALL GMC Dealerships were identical as Spence. Everyone at this delarship, from Sales, to Service, to Customer Service, to each department there could not have made my experience any better than what they did. The absolute best people on this planet. GM need to use this dealership as their Model for all dealerships.

The Spence Dealership Technicians were thorough and did great work at a reasonable price and on time when they said they would finish.

Oil change tire rotation appointment. Dropped off vehicle got text that vehicle was ready about an hour later. Went and picked up advisor was very nice and quick to get me on my way

Work was done as advertised, … on time, complete, and at the cost that was stated before the work began. Howard was helpful in driving me to lunch in the shuttle van and picking me up.

Everything was good no complaints

Bought a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. Has already been back to the dealership 5 times since December. Only has 4500 miles. The service driver assist, super cruise, have been a major problem that they seem to not be able to remedy. Time for me to file the Lemon Law. I’m used to the guys at the service desk giving excellent, professional service. There was a new face this time, and he seemed to be bs-ing me when I asked if the techs checked on something I had asked him to have checked. It sounded like he forgot to ask them and then was bs-ing that he did instead of owning up to forgetting. He also seemed to be on his phone giggling a lot like he was texting or watching something. All in all, it wasn’t the professional experience I’ve grown accustomed to over the years that I’ve serviced my vehicle at Spence.

We have purchased three vehicles from Spence. Roger has been an excellent salesperson. Go reat experience from start to finish.
